·        topic: The employment tribunal database, anonymity orders and access to justice
In February, HM Courts and Tribunals Service launched an online database of employment tribunal decisions. This could have serious implications for parties, their witnesses and anyone mentioned during the tribunal proceedings. This talk considers whether the new data-base creates barriers to access to justice and what can be done to protect clients from the risks of publication of sensitive details online.
