The Discrimination Law Association warmly invites you to join our Practitioners Group Meetings on Thursday 8th October and Monday 26th October - both at 6pm online via zoom

topic: Different Minds, Equal Rights: Neurodivergence and Disability Discrimination
This PGM will outline the role of respectful workplaces in regulating free speech; religion and belief cases in 2026, the role of Article 10(2) in direct discrimination in s10 EqA cases; the dividing line between free speech and harassment and how to navigate the different types of claim that can be brought; the advantages of a culture of respect and civility in the workplace.
The discussion will focus on the current law on s10, 13, s26, Art 10(2), and the practical ways incidents can be investigated and adjudicated.
There will be an opportunity for questions, contributions and discussion.
These meetings are free for DLA members. Non-members are asked to make a donation (or join!). ZOOM The PGMs will be conducted by video conference using zoom.
You can join the event from any internet browser using a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You are recommended to download the zoom app before the start but this is not essential.
