Helena Ifeka and Declan O’Dempsey discuss the ins and outs of unintentional indirect discrimination, an obscure provision in s.124 of the Equality Act 2010.
Helena will outline the legal framework, highlight key cases, and discuss how she has used this in practice for respondent clients.
Declan will consider broader issues with the provision and suggest tactics for claimants in countering such arguments.
